Ocean Hill Apple Brandy is a non chill filtered apple brandy distilled and bottled in Brooklyn, NY. The apples are grown and harvested in the Hudson Valley. Then they get pressed at a partner cider mill in long island. The juice is then fermented into a hard apple cider with a proprietary blend of yeast. After the yeast settles it gets double distilled. Aged in second use malt barrels.
