Some sediment is part of this natural and hands-off approach. The colour is a pale, bright yellow. This wine smells like a soft spring day in the Cape mountains. On the palate, the wine calls to mind honeyed pears with herbal notes and a floral minerality. A luscious wine to enjoy as an aperitif on its own or paired with canapes such as smoked salmon or grilled peaches and prosciutto or perhaps a steaming bowl of creamy mussels.' – Winemaker
