100% Chenin Blanc. Our farms sunny, well-drained farms in the Bovlei Valley are extremely well suited to cultivate Chenin Blanc. Some grapes are harvested from young, fruit-driven sites and others from older vineyards in which express elegance. The wine is kept on its lees and stirred to produce a wine with an intense, luscious palate and complex integrated nose.
