The Adama range showcases winemaker Corlea Fourie's mastery of blending. The Adama White is composed of 55% Chenin Blanc, 15% Chardonnay, 13% Grenache Blanc, 7% Pinot Gris, 5% Roussanne, 4% Semillon, and 1% Viognier. Exotic juicy flavors of pineapple, passion fruit, and ruby grapefruit, finishing with a touch of spiciness. Complex secondary aromas accented by lovely spicy notes from maturation in oak. 90 Points Christian Eedes (2013).
