A refreshing yet rich wine with characters of honeybush tea. A touch of tannin, ripe and soft, mellowing on the palate. Beautiful texture and depth.
Grapes were handpicked at optimum ripeness and of February 2021. It was crushed and fermented on the skin for a few days and pressed before fermentation, racked and left in the tank until preparation for bottling. The wine was bottled in October 2021.
